"I'm a local dog trainer and I stopped in the K9 shop today. Santo the owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about The K9 Shop in Naples! From the moment I met Santos at the Farmers Market, to meeting his wife Melissa in their store. I walked in, they were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping my dog. They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me explore different solutions for my dog's itching and hot spots rather than just recommending a quick, one-size-fits-all answer."

— Chrissy Klingbiel

"What really stood out to me was how much they cared. They went above and beyond to help me figure out what might work best, and I truly felt like they wanted to help my dog feel better just as much as I did. Their knowledge and willingness to take the time to explain everything has been incredibly helpful."

"I'm so grateful I found The K9 Shop and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring people who truly love animals and want to help. Thank you for everything you've done for my dog! ❤️🐾"

"My wife discovered this store 😊. The owners are very knowledgeable on what they sell. We decided once our stock of Farmers Dog runs out, this will be our go to place for our dog. I'm not knocking our present choice, it served a purpose. But the owners sell equivalent quantity, or maybe better for less money. We would also like to support a business where there is passion and commitment to deliver such great customer service. If your in Naples, find this store 🙏"
